Why Barcelona

Europe's events capital

Barcelona hosts more international congresses and trade fairs than any other city in Europe. The Fira de Barcelona institution — split across two campuses, Gran Via and Montjuïc — is one of the largest and most active exhibition complexes on the continent. In a typical year, more than four million professional visitors pass through its halls.

Each event has its own accreditation system, its own press office contacts and its own institutional relationships. Navigating them efficiently — and getting your team the right badges, the right exhibitor access and the right institutional interviews — requires someone who has done it many times before. We have a direct relationship with Fira de Barcelona's communications department and with the press offices of the major events. When you brief us ahead of your event, your accreditation is processed as a priority, not as a cold application.

Key capabilities

What we deliver at every event

Priority accreditation processing

We submit accreditation applications through our Fira de Barcelona relationship — not the general press queue. Your badges are ready before your team arrives.

Exhibitor & speaker access

We coordinate interview requests with exhibitors, conference speakers and institutional delegates — across language barriers and in the compressed timeframes that trade fair journalism demands.

On-site production support

A fixer on the ground during event days: managing schedules, escorting crew to exhibitor stands, troubleshooting access issues and keeping multi-interview days running on time.
